Free Youth Soccer Playing Time Spreadsheet (Excel & Google Sheets)
Make a playing time tracker template for your team. Add your roster, choose the number of matches and download an Excel workbook with totals, attendance and each player’s share of available minutes.
How do I track playing time in the spreadsheet?
Enter minutes after each match. Use A for absent, 0 for an attended match with no minutes, and leave future matches blank. The workbook calculates Total, Available, Share %, Team average and Owed vs average. Match length is editable in B2.
Available minutes = attended matches × match length. Share % = total minutes ÷ available minutes. A second sheet, How to use, keeps the instructions beside your records.
The CSV has the same table without formulas. Update its totals manually, or download the .xlsx for automatic calculations.
Open in Google Sheets
