Data we collect
Account data
Name, email, password hash, role (coach/admin), language.
Team & player data
Details you enter about players, teams, and matches (may include minors' names/jersey numbers).
Billing data
Handled by Stripe; we receive limited records (plan, status, last4, invoices).
Usage/technical
Device/browser, IP, logs, crash/diagnostic data, analytics events.
Communications
Support requests, feedback.
How we use data (purposes & bases)
- Provide, secure, and support the Service (contract).
- Authenticate accounts and manage subscriptions (contract/legitimate interests).
- Detect abuse, ensure fair use (legitimate interests).
- Product analytics and improvement (consent where required / legitimate interests with safeguards).
- Send service emails (contract) and marketing emails only with opt-in consent (you can opt out anytime).
- Comply with legal obligations.
Children & minors
Pitch Time is for adults (coaches/admins). If you add minors' data, you confirm you have appropriate consent or a lawful basis. We do not knowingly permit children to create accounts.
Sharing & processors
We use service providers that process data for us, including:
- Supabase (hosting, database, auth)
- Stripe (payments)
- Email delivery providers
- Analytics and crash reporting

International transfers
