How to remove your account and personal data from Pitch Time

We believe you should always be in control of your data. If you use the Pitch Time app and would like to delete your account and the personal data associated with it, you can do so at any time directly from within the app.

Delete your data from the app

To remove your data yourself:

  1. Open the Pitch Time app on your device.
  2. Go to the Settings page.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page.
  4. Tap the option to delete your account and data, then confirm your choice.

Once confirmed, your account and associated personal data will be removed from our live systems. Some residual data may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period before being permanently purged, as described in our Privacy Policy.
